A house in the sky of Granada, equipped for musical families - Granada

Our family friendly 3-storey modern house is located in a non-through street, in the high part of Granada. It has an easy access and safe parking available on our doorstep. This is our main home, so non-simultaneous exchanges are not always possible.

For summer home swaps : From June to October, we`re sharing a large swimming pool with our neighbours (3 min walk). There is A/C in the bedrooms.

Our street has always plenty of kids playing together. A playground with basket court is just around the corner. The main forest in Granada is just behind the house.

The house itself is about 180 m2 and has three bedrooms with two bathrooms (including one en-suite), a music room with a baby grand piano and many musical instruments, a large office space with three working stations, a play area for kiddies and many terraces with stunning views from most rooms. We´ve been traveling extensively the last 30 years and we believe the house reflects our passions.

The kitchen is small but well equipped. The lounge is filled with light all day long and opens onto the main house terrace with BBQ. We love having a real fire place.

Children will enjoy the ping pong table, the boxing bag and the PS4 available in the house. You´re welcome to use our bikes.

The walk to the center of the city from the house is only 20 min and a quick bus ride is available to return home.

About the location

On the edge of the Moorish quarter of the Albayzin, the 1000 years old Ziri city walls, the famous Mirador de San Miguel and the walking paths across the pine forest of the Dehesa del Alhambra make the surroundings a very special place to live.
