Stunning grand 3 bed/3 bath tri level villa located in Lennox Head, NSW. We`re set central bay offering panoramic 180 degree views of the ocean: the sights, sounds and smells of the surf are mesmerizing!

Lennox features excellent, exciting and safe ocean activities: channel swimming, boogy boarding, reef walking, snorkeling, diving and hang gliding. The surfing, of course, is excellent as Lennox is said to be one of the top 10 surfing beaches in the world.

The villa itself is 2000 sq ft set over 3 levels: the master with ensuite and private deck is on the top; beds 2&3 are on the ground floor leaving the middle floor for all to gather. The decor is perlato floors, lots of light and views to all directions. The mid level features wrap around deck with dining service and barbecue: evening deck dining has a billion star rating!!

The local area is still a natural place so the sounds of nature is everpresent: you`re awakened by the song of kurawongs; sea eagles hover above and in the evening the butcher birds calls are musical.

A short walk away is the town, where an eclectic mix of restaurants and boutique shops await. Alfresco dining is the`go in Lennox!!

A headland walk features dolphins, sea eagles and pelicans looking for a handout.

Local attractions abound: markets, bush walks, state reserves, caves etc.

We`re 1 hr 50 minutes to Brisbane, with attractions like Movie World, Wet and Wild, Dreamworld about 50 minutes away.

Surfer`s Paradise is a 45 minute drive.

If you want a weekend in Sydney... or Melbourne, Ballina Airport is a 13 minute drive Spend. 3-4 days in Sydney... and then back to paradise.

About the location

The local area boasts an array of fabulous beaches - each stunning by any standard. The whale watching season: June to Dec... give or take.

We are a 1 hr 50 minute drive from Brisbane, a 45 minute flight from Sydney, then it's only a 15 minute drive from Ballina Airport. Sea World, Movie Studios, Wet & Wild= a 50 min drive.
